Important Note for 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Models

Before ordering this key, please confirm that your vehicle uses the 315 MHz XL7 system.

To verify, remove the trunk floor trim panel and locate the SPID label. On the label, look for the RPO code XL7 or XL8.

This key will only work with 2016 Chevrolet Cruze models equipped with RPO XL7 / 315 MHz.

If the vehicle was repaired or updated by a dealer, the dealer may have written XL8 over XL7 on the label. In that case, this key may not be compatible.
